Premier Wellness Centers

1. When opting into our Terms & Conditions, users can expect to receive notification emails reminding them about the upcoming event that they registered for. The Premier Wellness Centers is a chiropractic office.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to

Premier Wellness Centers.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your data will never be disclosed.

6. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Messaging frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. To secure your appointment, we ask for a $20 refundable deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded when you attend your scheduled visit. It’s not a fee for services and doesn’t affect the cost of your care—it’s simply a way to hold your spot. If you have any questions, just let us know. By scheduling your appointment, you agree to these terms, and we’ll ensure your refund is processed promptly after your visit.

We understand that schedules can change, and we’re happy to work with you if you need to reschedule your appointment. We allow rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice, and you may reschedule your appointment up to two times. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensuring we can provide the best care for all our patients.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change; however, if you cancel your appointment, the $20 deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and provide the best care for all our patients.
